Kiwanjo operates an online property marketplace focused on Uganda. In this policy, “Kiwanjo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Kiwanjo platform. For data-related requests, please use our contact page.

Kiwanjo is not responsible for how they collect, use, or disclose your information once you leave our platform or engage with them directly — including offline meetings, payments, or contracts made outside Kiwanjo.

Information on Kiwanjo is provided for general marketplace purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listing content or user-submitted data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiwanjo is not liable for any loss or harm arising from reliance on information on the platform, unauthorised access to your account due to factors outside our reasonable control, or acts of third parties (including agents and other users).

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date below will change when we do. Continued use of Kiwanjo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
